Robert Heiser founded Heiser Development Corporation in 1980 and is a licensed architect, real estate broker, and developer with over 35 years experience in developing income producing properties.
Since starting the firm in 1980 he has been responsible for the development of over $250,000,000 of developments. Bradfield joined Heiser Development in January 2009 and is responsible for acquisitions and capital markets. Prior to joining Heiser Development Bradfield was Senior Associate at Prescott Realty Group, where he was responsible for oversight of Project Management on the $185 MM historic Stoneleigh Hotel renovation.
Before joining Prescott, Bradfield was an associate at UBS Global Real Estate, in Dallas, where he headed the SW region’s underwriting team.
Before UBS Mr. Heiser worked at Archon Group, in Dallas, where he worked with portfolio management for Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds. Mr. Heiser also built the Core Plus Fund model through which Archon successfully invested $550 Million.
Bradfield graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he was awarded his Bachelor’s degree in finance and Masters in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, he is also a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas, Ronald McDonald foundation for children, and holds a Texas Real Estate License.

Ned Heiser is a second-generation Real Estate Developer; he has been around and involved in the construction industry most of his life. In the early 90’s, he started a residential remolding business in Dallas, Texas. The business created a turn-key solution for real estate agents in the North Dallas area, improving properties ready to sell. In 1994, Ned moved to Austin to complete the construction of Waldon Oaks Apartments, as Construction Superintendent. He was instrumental in the process of transitioning the apartments from under Construction to Property Management.
Ned has since been Vice President of Construction for Heiser Development, in charge of budgeting and construction for new and managed properties. Since his tenure in Austin, he has managed construction budgets varying from residential and commercial projects. His emphasis is on superior customer service to the end user, be it a tenant or buyer.

Betty Jenkins joined Heiser Development Corporation in 1999 working with Robert Heiser and Tom Bradfield. She has over 20 years experience in construction and property management accounting, budgeting and project management. Since her tenure with Heiser Development, Betty has not only been responsible for all financial accounting for the corporation but has also been responsible for the financial and physical management of an HOA Association and Self Storage facility.
