The Guild Lofts is located in the heart of Austin, on South 1st street. It consists of 25 dwelling units, and one commercial space. The unit interiors were designed by Studio 8 architects, and the architecture was in partnership with Webber Studio. Each unit has a rooftop deck, overlooking the city skyline.

Villas of Lost Canyon

Villas of Lost Canyon is a luxury, Mediterranean inspired condo complex located on Barton Springs Rd in Austin. The original units consist of 3-4 floors and include residential elevators. The final 5 units at the top of the development all feature rooftop decks with unobstructed views to downtown. The project also includes a 2 story commercial office building.

Heiser Development Corporation

is a multi faceted development company with three divisions specializing in architecture, construction, and management. The architecture division has designed several apartment, office, and commercial buildings and is a member with American Institute of Architects and the TX Society of Architects.

The management division (Harris Management) has experience in managing apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, homeowners associations, and raw land. Harris Management currently manages a real estate portfolio consisting of a luxury living condominium community, office buildings, restaurants, shopping centers, Mini warehouses, and ranches. It is a member of the Texas Apartment Association and the TX Board of Realtors.
